Chinese Beef and Vegetables

  1. Place beef into combined marinade ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Heat beef in a little oil in frypan until just browned.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry until onion is transparent.
  4. Stir in cornflour mixture, heat until boiling, stir in cashew nuts.
  5. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
