Judi's Energy Bars
- 12 cup french vanilla shake powder
- 12 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 23 cup coconut
- 23 cup raisins
- 1 13 cups Grape-nuts cereal
- 1 cup honey
- 23 cup peanut butter
- Place honey and peanut butter in glass bowl and microwave until melted.
- Place all other ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Mix together well.
- Pour melted mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Put into 9 x 13 pan.
- Cut into 24 bars.
- Enjoy!
