Spicy Star-Fruit Salad With Mint

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut juice, vinegar, sugar, chili, garlic, lime juice and fish sauce.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
  3. Serve with fragrant beef (see recipe).
