KungPao Chicken
- 300 grams chicken breasts, diced
- 1 clove garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 20 grams onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp salty soy sauce
- 4 dried chili, chopped
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 100 ml water
- 75 grams peanut
- Marinate chicken with garlic , pepper , and salt .
- Let stand 30 minutes .
- Fried chicken until half-dry, drain.
- Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, dried chili, and pepper.
- Stir well
- Add water and boiled.
- Add chicken, stir until cooked.
