Meat Balls In Sour Cream Recipe

  1. Lightly mix beef, onion, olives, Large eggs, salt and pepper just till blended; shape in 24 meat balls.
  2. In a skillet heat butter; brown meat balls slowly on all sides; cook till done.
  3. Place in shallow 1 qt casserole.
  4. Pour off fat in skillet reserving 2 Tbsp.
  5. ; blend in flour.
  6. Add in water, lemon juice, Worcestershire, paprika and salt; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened.
  7. Cook 2 min longer.
  8. Remove from heat; carefully blend in lowfat sour cream; pour over meat balls.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
  10. Makes 8 servings.
