Banana Split Cake
- 1 (19.5-ounce) package traditional brownie mix
- 3 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup strawberry ice cream topping
- 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 2 bananas, sliced 1/4-inch
- 2 cups hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
- 1 quart (4 cups) strawberry ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
- Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped, if desired
- Chopped pecans, if desired
- Maraschino cherries with stems, if desired
- Combine all brownie ingredients in bowl; mix well.
- Bake as directed on brownie package, using 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Cool completely.
- Drizzle strawberry topping over top of cooled brownies.
- Top with softened vanilla ice cream, spreading until smooth; arrange bananas over ice cream.
- Drizzle with 1 cup hot fudge topping.
- Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Spread frozen dessert with strawberry ice cream; top with crushed pineapple.
- Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Drizzle with remaining hot fudge topping.
- Garnish each serving with whipped cream, pecans and maraschino cherry, if desired.
