Peanut Butter-Trail Mix Cookies
- 1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1/3 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup each all-purpose and whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Mix flours, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
- Gradually beat into peanut butter mixture until blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 9 to 11 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets 2 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
