Green Coconut Chutney Recipe

  1. Put coconut, chana, green chillies, coriander, ginger and salt in the grinder and grind it to a fine paste.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon water or a little more if necessary.
  3. Put it in a bowl.
  4. Whisk the curd and add it to the grinded paste in the bowl.
  5. For the tadka.
  6. In a small pan add 2 tablespoon of oil and after it gets heated add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  7. Then add the uard daal and red chillies and the curry leaves.
  8. After the uard daal has turned a bit brown take it off the heat and add it to the mixture in the bowl.
  9. Mix it.
  10. Serve
