Margarita Jello

  1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of the water.
  2. Allow to soften for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the water and the sugar to the pan and heat, stirring, over medium-high heat until the sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
  4. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  5. Stir in the lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur.
  6. Taste and adjust ingredients accordingly.
  7. Pour into small serving glasses and refrigerate for several hours until set.
  8. Serve cold.
