Stay-At-Home Stew
- 1 lb stewing beef, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 34 cup water
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
