Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Vinaigrette Recipe
- 3 lg. ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 pound mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. finely minced fresh basil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- In a large serving dish, alternate slices of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with oil, vinegar and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serves 6 people.
