A Stir Fry With Lots Of Onion
- 2 to 2 1/2 Onions
- 100 grams Ground meat
- 1 piece Ginger
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Slice the onions into 2 cm wide wedges.
- Finely chop the ginger.
- Stir fry the ground meat and ginger in oil, then add the onions and continue stir frying.
- When the onion changes color add the ingredients, and stir fry until there's no moisture left in the pan.
- Done!
