A Stir Fry With Lots Of Onion

  1. Slice the onions into 2 cm wide wedges.
  2. Finely chop the ginger.
  3. Stir fry the ground meat and ginger in oil, then add the onions and continue stir frying.
  4. When the onion changes color add the ingredients, and stir fry until there's no moisture left in the pan.
  5. Done!
