Laverne's Corn Casserole
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole corn, drained
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in casserole dish.
- Stir in sour cream, add both corns, add corn bread mix and stir together until just mixed.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or unti center is set.
