Vicki's Quick Pudding Dessert Recipe

• 1 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
• 1 can cling peaches, reserving juice
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream

1. Empty dry pudding mix into a bowl and stir in the peaches and their juice.
2. Mix in lowfat sour cream and chill.
3. Goes nicely with shortbread or possibly sugar cookies on the side.
