Blackened Tuna with Pickled Vegetables and Garlic Aioli

  1. Marinate onions, peppers and cucumbers in vinegar.
  2. Meanwhile, coat tuna with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily with fork.
  4. Mix dressing and garlic powder.
  5. Drain vegetables; discard marinade.
  6. For each serving: Place 3/4 cup of the vegetable mixture on each serving plate.
  7. Top with 2 (3-oz.)
  8. tuna pieces; drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
  9. of the dressing mixture.
