Mama's Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes.
  3. Combine cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic.
  4. Fold in artichokes.
  5. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
  6. Sprinkle with Parsley.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
