Mama's Artichoke Dip
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- chopped parsley or parsley flakes
- Nabisco Triscuits (for dipping) or garlic rye chips (for dipping)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Drain and coarsely chop artichokes.
- Combine cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic.
- Fold in artichokes.
- Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
- Sprinkle with Parsley.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
