Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies!
- 1 14 cups spelt flour
- 1 14 cups oat flour (to make, grind approximately 2 cups rolled oats in food processor until a fine, flour consistency)
- 1 18 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 18 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 12 cups walnuts
- 1 12 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons water
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Add all of the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined (dough will be wet).
- Roll the dough into balls.
- Place on greased cookie sheets, and flatten the balls slightly.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
