Swedish Meatballs

  1. Saute onion.
  2. Combine potato, meat, crumbs, eggs and seasonings.
  3. Add onion.
  4. Shape in 1 inch balls.
  5. Roll in flour.
  6. Brown.
  7. GRAVY: Melt butter.
  8. Add flour.
  9. Mix over heat, and add stock, cream and salt and browning.
  10. Simmer 4-5 minutes Pour over Meatballs.
  11. Cook meatballs and gravy together 40-50 mins.
