100% Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins #2
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 cups buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 14 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 13 cup canola oil
- 1 14 cups dried blueberries
- Mix first 6 ingredients together plus the blueberries.
- Wisk together rest of ingredients in a seperate bowl.
- Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour into greased mini muffin cups.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20mins.
- They are done when a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool.
