Damn good ox tails
- 1 lb ox tails
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Adobo
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 4 tbsp sofrito
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- heat olive oil in skillet and brown all sides of the ox tails
- Add oxtails to boiling pot of water (don't cover) for 2 hours with a tablespoon of garlic
- Strain your ox tails
- Heat tomato sauce, adobo, garlic, sofrito in skillet then add the ox tails and toss them in the sauce
- Once on a plate top it off with fresh parsley
