Damn good ox tails

  1. heat olive oil in skillet and brown all sides of the ox tails
  2. Add oxtails to boiling pot of water (don't cover) for 2 hours with a tablespoon of garlic
  3. Strain your ox tails
  4. Heat tomato sauce, adobo, garlic, sofrito in skillet then add the ox tails and toss them in the sauce
  5. Once on a plate top it off with fresh parsley
