Strawberries & Cream Gelato

  1. 1 In a blender or food processor, puree strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into Gelato Base.
  3. Mix well.
  4. 2 Process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions.
  5. 3 Scrape into an airtight storage container.
  6. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
