Marshmallow Mint Salad Recipe
- 24 lg. marshmallows
- 4 tbsp. fruit juice (I use grapefruit)
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Few drops green coloring
- 2 c. fruit cocktail, well liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip
- Heat marshmallows and fruit juice over low heat.
- Stir till marshmallows have melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add in flavoring and coloring.
- Mix in well liquid removed fruit and Cold Whip.
- Refrigeratein mold till hard.
- Unmold and garnish with mint and green cherries.
