Cheesy Beef and Yuca Layered Casserole

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Brown meat in dressing in large skillet.
  3. Add peppers and tomato sauce; cook 10 min.
  4. or until peppers are tender and mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Layer half the meat mixture in 9-inch square baking dish.
  6. Top with layers of half each of the yuca and cheese; repeat layers.
  7. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until cheese is melted.
