Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F. Grease a baking sheet and dust with gluten-free flour.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt and oats.
  4. Mix well.
  5. In a smaller bowl combine your egg and almond milk.
  6. Pour mixture into dry ingredients and mix until the dough is nice and sticky.
  7. Knead your dough a few times and place on baking sheet.
  8. Shape into a round circle.
  9. Place bread in oven and bake 30-35 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack.
  11. Serve warm.
