Cheesy Ham Chowder

  1. Thaw peas in warm water.
  2. In large pot, mix together all ingredients (including their packing juices) EXCEPT cheese.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and blend in cheese.
  5. Serve when cheese is melted and well-combined.
