Spicy Slow-Cooker Saucy Swiss Steak

  1. Combine flour and onion powder; coat meat.
  2. Gently shake off excess flour and reserve.
  3. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min.
  5. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Combine tomato paste, excess flour, tomatoes and broth in slow cooker.
  8. Add meat and peppers; cover with lid.
  9. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  10. Serve over potatoes; top with cheese.
