Ham and Swiss Toasts (Rachael Ray)

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In medium bowl, using a fork, combine 2 cups cheese, ham and mayo.
  3. Season with pepper (if desired).
  4. Spread the mixture on the ciabatta slices and broil until bubbly and golden.
  5. Goes great with the broccoli soup (listed separately) or alone.
