Blackberries Crumb Bars
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups cake flour
- 225 grams butter sliced
- 1 large eggs
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 1 whole lemon zest
- 1 whole lemon juice
- 4 cups blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- Crust: mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, lemon zest.
- then using fork mix in butter and egg.
- Half of dough put in baking form(other half of dought keep for latter).
- Your baking form should be 30*25cm.
- Filling: mix sugar, corn flour, lemon juice.
- Then gently mix in blackberries.
- Put everything on dough which lays in baking form.
- Then put the next half of dough on the blackberries filling.
- Bake in the 190EsC oven for 45minutes.
- Let it cold and then cut in small rectangular.
