Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 14 cup roasted garlic paste
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Combine the cream, garlic paste, black pepper, and 2 tbsp parsley in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the garlic paste.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the salt and parmesan into the sauce.
- Stir until sauce is blended and thickened, 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over hot pasta.
