Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

  1. Combine the cream, garlic paste, black pepper, and 2 tbsp parsley in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the garlic paste.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the salt and parmesan into the sauce.
  5. Stir until sauce is blended and thickened, 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve over hot pasta.
