Super Easy Sausage Balls
- 2 pounds Regular Breakfast Sausage
- 4 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Bisquick Or Your Favorite Baking Mix
- 1 pinch Black Pepper, Or To Taste
- 1/2 cups Sweet Onion, Grated
- Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl mix together all the above ingredients.
- Roll mixture into golf ball size servings.
- Place the sausage balls onto an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet (that has been lightly sprayed with Pam).
- Note: Make the balls smaller if you are serving for a party.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove pan from oven.
- Let them sit for a few minutes and then drain on paper towels before serving.
