Mincemeat Cranberry Pie Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. ready-to-use mincemeat
- 2 c. whole cranberries, pitted
- butter
- Pastry for 1 double crust pie
- Combine sugar and flour.
- Mix with mincemeat and cranberries.
- Put into a 9 inch pastry-lined pie plate.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover with top crust and seal edges by folding upper crust over lower crust.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 35 min or possibly till brown.
