Fried Manchego Fingers

  1. Cut the manchego cheese into fingers.
  2. Place each of the remaining 3 ingredients on 3 seperate plates, then in turn coat each finger of cheese in flour, followed by egg, followed by bread crumbs.
  3. Repeat the process with each finger, then place in a hot deep fat fryer at roughly 350F/180C for 4 minutes, or until golden.
  4. Serve immediately with a peppery salad.
