juicee j's healthy egg, & spinach salad

  1. throw hard boiled eggs, onion, spinach leaves, salsa, mayo,sea salt, cayenne, & fresh pepper to food processor
  2. pulse until blended
  3. spread on whole wheat, crackers, or anything you like.
  4. very healthy!
  5. garnish with spinach, tomato slices, eat with grapefruit for a healthy, satisfying, breakfast!
