juicee j's healthy egg, & spinach salad
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 fresh spinach leaves, some for food processor, and some for garnish
- 1 tomato slices
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1/4 small red onion
- 1 tbsp salsa mild,, medium, or hot
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash fresh ground pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 ingredients from above
- throw hard boiled eggs, onion, spinach leaves, salsa, mayo,sea salt, cayenne, & fresh pepper to food processor
- pulse until blended
- spread on whole wheat, crackers, or anything you like.
- very healthy!
- garnish with spinach, tomato slices, eat with grapefruit for a healthy, satisfying, breakfast!
