Amaretto Cheesecake With Apricot Glaze

  1. CRUST: Combine ingredients; press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. FILLING: Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  5. Blend in sour cream and liqueur; pour over crust.
  6. Bake in 450F oven 10 minutes.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 250F; continue baking for 1 hour.
  8. Run knife around rim of pan ; cool on wire rack.
  9. Chill.
  10. GLAZE: To glaze cake, combine jam and liqueur in a saucepan; heat until warm and smooth.
  11. Strain mixture and pour over cheesecake before removing sides of pan.
  12. Garnish if desired.
  13. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
