Breakfast Cherry Cobbler Recipe
- 3 c. frzn cherries (unsweetened)
- 3/4 c. Old Fashioned oats
- 1/2 c. Grape Nuts, Nutty Rice, or possibly Nuggets
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 6 ounce. cherry cider or possibly apple cider
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- In an 8 x 10 inch glass baking dish, sprayed with non stick, spread cherries on bottom (proportionately).
- Sprinkle each dry ingredient proportionately over cherries to create a topping.
- Combine cherry cider and vanilla together and pour proportionately over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
- Delicious.
