Spicy Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce

  1. Put oil, galic and serranos in a pan.
  2. Cook until done.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Make a roux with the butter and flour.
  5. (For a dip, reduce the amount of flour and butter.)
  6. Add the half and half.
  7. Cook until thickened.
  8. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Cook until the cheese is melted and completly mixed in.
