Low Fat/Low Sugar Fruit Pizza - Fresh Fruit Pizza

  1. Unroll and press crescent roll dough into rimmed cookie sheet pan (lined with parchment paper, if desired).
  2. Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 15 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
  3. Cool crust completely.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, & vanilla; beat until smooth & sugar has dissolved, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  6. A couple of hours before serving, cover entire surface of crust evenly with cream cheese mixture.
  7. Then cover with fresh fruit; refrigerate until serving time.
  8. Cut into desired sized squares with pizza cutter & ENJOY!
