Edamame Cheese Rice Crackers

  1. Lay out the edamame on a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Cut the sliced cheese into 4 squares and place on top of the edamame.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes at 700W, and they're done.
  5. Test 1: Using cheese that melts easily gives a crisp and crunchy result.
  6. Test 2: When using non-melting slices, some air got trapped inside, but they also came out crisp.
