Edamame Cheese Rice Crackers
- 1 slice Sliced cheese
- 1 Edamame
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Lay out the edamame on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Cut the sliced cheese into 4 squares and place on top of the edamame.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes at 700W, and they're done.
- Test 1: Using cheese that melts easily gives a crisp and crunchy result.
- Test 2: When using non-melting slices, some air got trapped inside, but they also came out crisp.
