Bacon Cheese Loaf Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Line bottom and sides of 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan with foil, leaving 2" overhang on each side; grease foil.
  3. In small skillet over medium heat, cook bacon till crisp; drain on paper towel.
  4. Crumble.
  5. Arrange biscuits from one package in single layer in prepared pan.
  6. Spread mustard over biscuits; sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon over mustard.
  7. Arrange biscuits from second package in single layer over cheese.
  8. Bake bread 10 min; cover pan loosely with foil; bake 10 min longer.
  9. Cook in pan on wire rack 5 min.
  10. Use foil overhangs to life bread from pan; peel off and throw away foil.
  11. Serve bread hot, cut into 3/4" slices.
