Chinese Shredded Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. Noodles-also called rice vermicelli or possibly rice sticks MUST BE RICE.
  2. Ginger-found in syrup at Chinese markets.
  3. Sesame seeds-350 degrees for 5-7 min.
  4. Finely hand shred the cooked chicken.
  5. Place in refrigerator.
  6. Cut all vegetables into fine strips (about matchstick in size).
  7. Toss all ingredients and dressing, except noodles, together just before serving.
  8. Noodles or possibly rice sticks must be deep fried, cooled completely, and crushed to sprinkle on salad.
