Garlic Soup

  1. Cut off fat from steak; make into bite-size cubes.
  2. Add steak to a pot.
  3. Cover with just enough water to boil meat.
  4. Add the diced up cloves of garlic.
  5. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  6. Add the tomatoes and Knorr soup mixes.
  7. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes longer.
