Quick Jambalaya

  1. Cook sausage and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil; cover.
  4. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  5. Fluff with fork.
