Mom's Ham Salad
- 1 1/2 lb Dinner Ham, Divided
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
- Coarsely chop dinner ham.
- I use my food processor.
- Reserve about half of the chopped ham to a freezer bag and freeze for another batch.
- In a medium, re-sealable bowl, combine chopped ham, mayo, and sweet relish until well blended.
- Salt and pepper to taste if desired.
- Serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
