Mom's Ham Salad

  1. Coarsely chop dinner ham.
  2. I use my food processor.
  3. Reserve about half of the chopped ham to a freezer bag and freeze for another batch.
  4. In a medium, re-sealable bowl, combine chopped ham, mayo, and sweet relish until well blended.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste if desired.
  6. Serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
