Homemade Chili (Crock Pot)
- 4 lbs ground beef, cooked and crumbled
- 2 medium cubed onions
- 2 cups cubed bell peppers
- 64 ounces tomato sauce
- 32 ounces diced tomatoes
- 32 ounces chili beans
- 64 ounces kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- Brown meat.
- Add onions and peppers.
- Drain and discard grease in trash.
- Add all ingredients to 6+ Quart Crock Pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
- Freeze leftovers in individual freezer bags.
- Serve immediately with Cornbread and shredded sharp cheddar cheese and chopped spring onions.
- Garnish with and dollop of sour cream.
