Country Pork Sausage

• 8 pounds pork shoulder boneless, cubed
• 1 each sweet red bell peppers
• 3 tablespoons salt
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 2 teaspoons sage dried

1. Assemble food grinder with desired grinding disc.
2. Grind pork.
3. Combine pork and seasonings.
4. Shape into patties or stuff in link sausage, using the sausage making accessory.
5. Let set.
