Maple Pecan Sour Cream Streusel Cake
- 2 cups maple-pecan whole grain cereal flakes
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix cereal, sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat eggs, cake mix, sour cream and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened, stopping frequently to scrape side of bowl.
- Beat on medium speed 4 min.
- Pour half of the batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan; sprinkle with half of the cereal mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake 50 to 55 min.
- or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool 15 min.
- in pan on wire rack; remove cake from pan.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
