Maple Pecan Sour Cream Streusel Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix cereal, sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Beat eggs, cake mix, sour cream and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened, stopping frequently to scrape side of bowl.
  4. Beat on medium speed 4 min.
  5. Pour half of the batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan; sprinkle with half of the cereal mixture.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Bake 50 to 55 min.
  8. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 15 min.
  10. in pan on wire rack; remove cake from pan.
  11. Cool completely on wire rack.
