Orange Spooky Mist

• 1 12 ounces Cointreau liqueur
• tonic water
• ordinary ice
• carbonic ice (optional, do not consume)

1. Build overice in a highball glass.
2. Decorate with a orange wedge cut like a "Jack O'Lantern" and carbonic ice.
