Bean and Corn Salsa
- 19 ounces, fluid Black Beans, Canned
- 19 ounces, fluid White Beans, Canned
- 1 cup Favorite Salsa, I Used My Sweet And Spicy Salsa
- 1/2 cups Carrot Finely Diced
- 1 cup Corn, Thawed
- 1/2 whole Lime Squeezed
- 1/2 whole Lemon, Squeezed
- Dump all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
- Chill for an hour to mix the flavors.
- Serve over chicken, fish, chips or eat with a spoon.
