Nutty Hot Cereal

• 1/2 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets
• 1/3 cup fat-free milk

1. Mix cereal and milk in microwaveable bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
3. for a BIG crunch or 1 min.
4. for a little crunch.
