Prosciutto, Brie, & Fig Panini
- 4 ounces, weight Prosciutto
- 6 slices Brie
- 1/2 loaves French Bread, Sliced
- 13 cups Fig Paste Or Fig Jam
- Assemble sandwich by layering prosciutto and brie on the bottom half of sliced bread.
- Then spread fig paste or fig jam on the top half of the bread; place on the bottom half.
- Place it in the panini press and heat through about 4-5 minutes.
- If you dont have a panini press, you could heat it in a stove stop pan or grill pan and use a lid or spatula to press it down.
